Restaurant is run by dedicated vegetarians. Will make vegan dishes upon request. Try the samosas.


負責人Prabh來自大部份人口都奉行素食，北印度的著名城市旁遮普邦，來到香港之後發現香港很難找得到正宗的北印度素食，兩年前決定自己開設一家，亦是重慶大廈內唯一提供北印度素食的餐廳。

所謂北印度素食，與傳統的印度菜沒有太大分別，但所使用的材料全都是蔬菜類而且烹法亦比較少用調味料，但當然保留印度菜的辣味，不過就算你不能嗜辣亦可以一試，因為這裡大部份菜色都可以自由選擇辣度的。這裡的店舖面積不大。
